Client Details

This business is a well-established entity within the industrial/manufacturing sector. The company operates on a global scale and employs over a thousand individuals across numerous locations. You will be joining a motivated HR team, who pride themselves on their welcoming atmosphere and commitment to employee development.

Description

The HR Advisor will find themselves doing the following:

  • Provide HR support to staff and management, resolving queries efficiently.
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies in line with current legislation.
  • Deliver training sessions to employees on HR-related topics.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and manage any employee relations issues.
  • Facilitate communication between the HR department and other business units.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data reports.

There are separate Centers of Excellence for Recruitment, Payroll and Talent Development, allowing you the ability to focus on the day to day HR Operations.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A solid understanding of HR practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in an industrial, manufacturing or similar environment.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification would be beneficial.

Job Offer

  • A salary in the range of £36,000 - £38,000 per annum.
