Benefits Advisor £35,123 + £1657 car allowance per annum Permanent Northamptonshire, remote working
Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Benefits Advisor to join an organisation based in Northamptonshire on a permanent basis, to deliver a high quality benefit advice service.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Benefits Advisor:
- Manage a caseload of complex cases relating to benefit appeals
- Provide advise on benefits, money management and budgeting skills
- Carry out home visits if necessary
- Identify and refer any cases of suspected fraud to local authorities
- Maintain accurate records
Essential Requirements of the Benefits Advisor:
- At least 2 years' experience in providing money/benefit/welfare advice
