Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a thriving business based in Wetherby, on a full time, permanent hybrid basis!

You will join a growing and friendly finance team, who are now looking for additional team members due to growth. You will cover all aspects of Purchase Ledger as well as some finance admin responsibilities.

The role is hybrid working (after probation) with 2 days WFH / 3 days office based. Salary between £22k - £28k DOE

Key responsibilities

  • Working closely with the purchase ledger team to take responsibility for managing the ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing high volumes of purchase ledger invoices
  • Dealing with any invoice queries
  • Imputing Purchase Orders
  • Supporting all other teams within accounts as and when required

To be successful considered for this role, you will bring the following experience / skills:

  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Previous Purchase Ledger experience (minimum of one year)
  • Friendly / teamwork driven attitude with willingness to work independently
  • SAGE experience preferred (not essential)
