This Employment and Immigration team handles some of the most intricate cases in the UK. Based in Wales and expanding into London, they are the foremost provider of employment law services.

They prioritize a focused and strategic approach to both current and prospective clients. Team members are empowered to shape their business plans, contributing to existing strategies or identifying new opportunities.

Currently, the firm are seeking an experienced employment tribunal litigator, preferably with experience representing both claimants and respondents, to join us at the Associate level.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to analyze claim-related documentation and distill essential facts for comprehensive merits assessments. They should be capable of handling cases from ET1/ET3 to final hearing, navigating case management directives and addressing client concerns. While advocacy experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory.

Qualifications for the role include:

  • 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Employment Litigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload of ET claims.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, along with organizational prowess and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical proficiency and commercial acumen.
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork, with a client-focused mindset and drive to deliver exceptional service.
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure and present innovative solutions to client challenges.
