Hays are working with a well-established business in Telford who are looking to appoint a Customer Production Team Leader on a permanent basis.
Your new role
This is an exciting and varied role in which duties will include:
- Managing and leading a team during assigned shift to ensure excellent customer service.
- Supervise production and preparation processes.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Plant Manager to expedite orders and minimize customer wait times.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet sales targets and operational goals.

- Attention to Detail.
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence (In Date with Paper Certificate or Photo card) (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Galvanizing process (advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills.
- Ability to work by yourself or in a team.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Excellent Timekeeping.
