Trinity House Group is working exclusively with a leading business to recruit a highly skilled Interim FP&A Director to lead the financial planning and analysis function. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights, managing the budgeting and forecasting processes, and supporting key business decisions. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing critical support to the executive team.
- Develop, manage, and refine budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Analyse financial results and key metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with company strategy and operational goals.
- Present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
