Based: High Wycombe

Remuneration: £24,000 - £28,000 + up to 15%

The role of the Internal Sales Executive - HVAC Products will involve:

  • Internal Sales role promoting a high quality range of manufactured ventilation and cooling systems such as: air handling units, natural ventilation, natural daylight systems, heat recovery units, diffusers, louvres, grills, ancillaries
  • Office based initially, once passing the probation period you have the option of hybrid working 2 times a week
  • Selling to architects, main contractors, M&E contractors, M&E consultants, trade and end users
  • You'll be assigned two regions within the country and alongside a member of the external sales team for each, you're responsible for a pipeline of projects and generating business within the areas
  • Arranging appointments for the external sales member in the area's
  • Maintain the existing relationships whilst developing new, customer relations
  • Securing orders, producing quotations, converting sales and update the internal CRM system with all accurate information
  • Liaise with customers to establish the latest progress on current projects
  • Average order value ranges from between £40k and £300k
  • An area target is circa £1.5m

The ideal applicant will be Internal Sales Executive - HVAC Products with:

  • Must have proven sales experience, preferably within the construction industry but not essential
  • HVAC product knowledge is beneficial but not essential
  • Previous career stability is a must
  • Strong relationship building ability and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be sales driven, results orientated and a team player
  • Organised, self-motivated, ambitious and a real hunger to succeed
  • Friendly, positive, bubbly personality
  • Computer and Microsoft literate
