What You'll Be Doing:
As an End Point Assessor, you will conduct various assessment methods, including professional discussions, observations, and multiple-choice tests. Your role will involve a blend of remote work and field visits, where you'll use your expertise to ensure fair and consistent assessments, helping apprentices succeed in their final evaluations.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in the Hospitality industry: Ideally in hotels (Front Office, Housekeeping, Reception) with additional experience in Food & Beverage, Events, and Kitchen operations preferred.
- Passion for Hospitality: You're driven to contribute to the ongoing success of the industry.
- Strong communication skills: You're empathetic, effective, and confident in both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work autonomously: You're a self-starter who enjoys working independently but can also collaborate within a team.
- Access to a vehicle: Field visits will be required.
