Plumber Marylebone Days (Monday - Friday) £40,000
In your new role as Plumber, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repairs on different plumbing and legionella systems such as, TMV's, Tap, sinks and toilet replacement, carrying out repairs on leaks and dealing with blockages, water system assets, such as booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters, cooling towers etc.
You'll be covering based on a critical contract based in West London.
Any successful candidate will need to demonstrate they can work alone in demanding and client facing situations, deal with clients demands and have good problem-solving skills.
You will be expected to deliver to the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping then informed of site activities at the time of the service visit. You will also be required to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
Job Requirements:
- Experience within FM and building services.
- City and Guilds/NVQ in Plumbing Level 3 (Legionella - L8 is a bonus).
- Previous experience dealing with TMV's, Water Heaters, Temp Checks, replacement of taps and shower units' bonus if you have previous experience with cooling towers and descaling.
- Good verbal and written communication are important, including the ability to use a mobile device.
- Previous experience working within a critical setting.
