I'm working with an entrepreneurial investment Bank who would like to secure a highly motivated M&A Professional with experience and understanding of the Media sector.
This is a fast paced environment ability to lead the full deal process with a high level of autonomy, including all aspects and experience in the legal documents associated with M&A deals. Ability to work well with other members of the team, including training others. Excellent client relationship skills and communication skills required. Expected to be actively involved in business development.
Skills
- ACA Qualified or equivalent
- Over 5 years experience in M&A
- Understanding of the Media Sector
- Highly personable and motivated to continue the on-going growth
