Executive Assistant FTC for an International Sports Association in the West End.
An international Sports Association is seeking a proactive and confident Executive Assistant to join their London office on a 6-month maternity cover contract. This is a high-energy and fast-paced environment, ideal for a self-starter with a direct communication style. The role is traditional, with a significant focus on diary and travel management.
Role: Executive Assistant
Start date: End of August
Duration: 6 months
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
Working Hours: 08:00 – 18:00 / 09:00 - 18:00
Hybrid: 4 days in the office, Fridays WFH
Location: West End
Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all matters related to the office
- Manage the Director's schedule, calendar, expense reports and handle administrative duties including maintaining mailing lists, processing invoices and coordinating communications
- Support Board and leadership team meetings by preparing and maintaining necessary documentation and scheduling needs
- Develop and analyse department operating practices to create new systems or revise existing procedures, and support team members with tasks such as filing and ordering supplies
- Develop relationships and collaborate with all partners, coordinate logistics for events, perform independent project-based work and serve as liaison responding to inquiries and client requests
Requirements:
- 2+ years as an EA
- Bachelor's degree
- Tech savvy, familiarity with Concur, Outlook and Apple platforms is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with a variety of clients and the ability to collaborate with all levels of leadership
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
