We are looking for an experienced Travel Administrator to join a global Construction and Engineering company based in Farnborough. Our client has fantastic offices with great facilities including free parking, Costa Coffee on-site, lovely subsidised restaurant and an all-round healthy and positive working environment.
This is an initial 12-month temporary contract but likely to extend. The working pattern is 40 hours per week Monday - Friday and working from home on Fridays. Paying up to £18 per hour which equates to £37,440 per annum
Previous experience organising international travel is essential
The role will be dealing with all aspects of travel including:
- Booking flights and hotels for international business travel
- Arranging VISA and Work Permit Applications for long term travel
- Assisting with all the organisation involved in international relocations
- Arranging international transport (car hires etc)
- Arranging inoculations
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience organising and managing international travel is essential
- Previous experience of arranging visas and work permits is essential
- Strong organisational skills with excellent communication skills
- Be a team player with a can-do positive attitude
