The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload, including:
- Sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold)
- Re-mortgage transactions
- Shared ownership deals
- New build purchases
- Transfers of equity
From instruction through to completion, you will provide a high standard of client care.
Requirements
To be successful in this residential conveyancing role, you must have:
- A minimum of 18 months experience in independently managing your own conveyancing files
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong organisational skills, capable of prioritising tasks in a busy environment
- Exceptional team collaboration and communication abilities
