We are seeking a proactive and personable HR Advisor to join our clients friendly HR team on a temporary basis.

My client is looking for someone to start immediately therefore this role would suit someone on a short notice period or someone who is immediately available.

This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a significant impact by supporting the HR team with an increased workload. Based in the Esher office, you will be an integral part of the HR operations.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to the team, handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant data.
  • Offer guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Support the management of employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Contribute to HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with data reporting and analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
