They are now looking for a Business Analyst to ensure that all initiatives are aligned with both business objectives and regulatory standards, helping the organization achieve its long-term goals while enhancing efficiency across its processes.
About the Role:
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in identifying areas for improvement, assessing risks, and driving the successful adoption of new solutions to optimise business operations. You will be instrumental in leading strategic transformation efforts, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and modern methodologies to deliver tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business experts to develop strategies, roadmaps, and business cases, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and influencing the business change program.
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and introduce proof-of-concepts that leverage emerging technologies.
- Analyse data to drive process improvements and support decision-making through actionable insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration, support, and progress toward achieving business objectives.
- Help manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business needs and delivering early business value.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience implementing Salesforce.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead workshops, effectively engage stakeholders, and facilitate User Group sessions.
- Solid experience in data migration and integration projects, ensuring smooth transitions across platforms.
