My client is looking for a Senior/Staff Analog Engineer to join their team in Scotland between Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Key responsibilities for the Senior/Staff Analog Engineer:
- Lead the design and development process, including concept definition, requirementsanalysis, detailed design, board bring-up, and manufacturing support.
- Create high quality deliverables for their customers, including schematics, layout guidelines,design documents, verification test documents, and EMC test plans.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts within your area of expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Possess 10 or more years of industrial experience.
- Demonstrate a strong track record in designing complex and high-performance electricalhardware for demanding applications in space, aerospace, defence, and medical devices.Examples include robust power supplies, nimble control systems, precision sensing andinstrumentation.
- Proficient in schematic capture using CAD tools like Cadence, Altium, or Mentor.
- Knowledgeable about PCB layout requirements.
- Familiar with industry-specific standards and regulations such as MILSTD, ECSS, or ISO13485.
- Experienced in reliability analysis, qualification testing, debugging, and testing of newdesigns.
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
