Working time: Permanent, Term Time Only

Hours: Full Time (36.5 hours per week) Part Time hours considered.

We are seeking applications from dedicated and hardworking professionals with a desire to work in a successful, thriving, and supportive academy. The successful candidate will provide supervision of our students and their work during periods of short-term teacher absence. They will take sole charge of groups of children to deliver lessons as set by the teacher, ensure that students are on task and complete the work set. An ability to manage the behaviour in the classroom to ensure a constructive learning environment is a must. The post-holder will work closely with teaching staff across a wide range of subject areas across the curriculum.

You will already have experience working in a secondary school and may be looking for a new challenge. You will be a confident and assertive individual with strong behaviour management skills to ensure a constructive classroom learning environment, as well as a talent for inspiring and encouraging others.
