Job Title: Mortgage Sales Manager & Account Manager for Key Introducer Relationships

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days on-site, remainder WFH)
Salary: £50,000 - £56,000 including OTE

**Mortgage Sales Manager Role Overview:

As a Mortgage Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving performance and standards across designated accounts. Your primary responsibilities include fostering strong relationships, ensuring team accountability, and managing resources effectively. Your role will be pivotal in delivering success through effective leadership and strategic planning.

**Mortgage Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

Performance and Relationship Management:

  • Delivering Targets: Achieve and exceed performance standards for designated accounts, ensuring strong branch presence and attendance at daily branch meetings.
  • Building Relationships: Establish and nurture effective relationships with accounts, providing timely reporting and Management Information (MI) to Introducers.
  • Team Accountability: Ensure the sales team builds strong relationships with branches and holds responsibility for their account targets.
  • Resource Management: Strategically manage resources and succession planning to maintain sufficient adviser coverage for Introducers.
  • Adviser Performance: Oversee the performance of advisers, focusing on conversion rates, protection penetration, and achieving written and banked targets.

**Mortgage Sales Manager General Responsibilities:

  • Weekly Operating Rhythm: Implement the weekly sales management rhythm, including 1-1s, team meetings, and sales management sessions.
  • Adviser Check-ins: Conduct weekly 1-1 check-ins to review business pledges, protection appointments, and process issues.
  • Team Meetings: Lead weekly team meetings to motivate, challenge, and drive performance.
  • Daily Performance Updates: Provide daily updates to the team to ensure targets are met and performance is optimized.
  • Individual Management: Manage advisers to meet their minimum business expectations.
  • Process Oversight: Support administrative processes and ensure advisers adhere to company standards.
  • Training and Support: Train and support new advisers, and recruit to manage attrition and performance.
  • MI/Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely MI/reporting to Introducers.
  • Branch Visits: Visit introducer branches to support and develop adviser relationships.
  • Lead Management: Ensure timely handling of leads and adequate adviser coverage at branches.
  • Branch Engagement: Ensure advisers actively participate in branch meetings and development activities to maximize lead quality and quantity.

**Mortgage Sales Manager Qualifications and Skills:
