THE IT TECHNICIAN ROLE:
The IT Technician assumes a pivotal role as the primary interface for the IT Services department, offering frontline assistance to both shared services and school staff. This position, primarily school-oriented, entails supporting six local primary schools, thereby mandating occasional on-site visits by the suitable candidate.
IT TECHNICIAN - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- At least 1 year of professional IT Support experience
- Office 365
- Windows
- Active Directory
- Network Security
- IT Software and Hardware
- Education sector experience (preferred)
