We are seeking an enthusiastic KS1 Teacher who is passionate about developing the whole child and is eager to join an exciting and fast-improving school. Day to day of the role:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire and motivate young learners.
  • Contribute to the school's vision and ethos and play an active role in its development.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals dedicated to nurturing and developing the whole child.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and the wider school community.
  • Support the school's Church of England ethos and contribute positively to its inclusive environment.
  • Maintain high expectations for pupil achievement and personal development.
  • Engage in continuous professional learning to enhance teaching practice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Aspirational and committed to high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Enthusiastic about working within a team and contributing to the school community.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and empathetic.
  • Committed to inclusive education and the welfare of all children.
  • Good understanding of safeguarding practices and commitment to safeguarding children.
  • Comfortable working within a Church of England school environment.
  • A good sense of humour and a learner mindset.
