PA to VP

Your new company

An international household name, based in Crawley, are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant (PA) to join their organisation. Working in modern, open-plan offices, you'll support 2 VP's on a day-to-day basis. The business offers excellent training and progression opportunities, and this position has come about due to an internal promotion.

Your new role

Supporting 2 senior Directors, this is a permanent hybrid position working 2 days/week in the office. Key duties include;
- Complex diary management, across multiple time zones
- Arranging travel (UK and International)
- Creating agendas / documents / presentations for internal & external stakeholders
- Following up on meeting actions
- Processing expenses, raising PO's and tracking spend against budget
- Inbox management

Working hours are 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll have previous experience as a PA/EA, supporting at Director level within a mid-large size private sector business. Diary management across multiple time zones is essential, as well as arranging travel, creating documents and presentations. The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and live within a commutable distance of Crawley.
