As Financial Director for this growing and highly successful not-for-profit organisation, you will be pivotal in ensuring its financial sustainability through the day to day management of all financial services, controls and reporting for the organisation alongside advising the board on financial direction. It's a small organisation with a compact finance team, so you will be prepared to work at all levels across the finance function, including preparation of management accounts, cashflows and forecasts alongside year-end accounts, managing the year-end process and oversight of payroll.
They are looking for a qualified accountant with experience of managing the finances of a small to medium-sized organisation with experience of producing financial reporting up to board level.Experience within the charity sector could be beneficial, but candidates with a commercial background could also bring significant value to the role.
In return, they offer a competitive salary, up to 33 days' holiday, including bank holidays, and a wider package of benefits is also offered.The role is based full-time on site, but there is flexibility within the working day and 4 days a week could also be considered for the right candidate.
