We are recruiting for an experienced ventilation authorising engineer to support our client who is experiencing rapid growth.
The role will require extensive site visits so you will be required to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own, reliable vehicle for which you will receive expenses.
Ideally based in/around the midlands or homes counties, locations covered will be predominately within Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire and the home counties. There will be the expectation for further UK travel as and when required.
The role:
- Attending site for annual ventilation policy maintenance
- Evaluating current operation procedures
- Review all safety policies and procedures
- Provide action plans where required
- Ensure processes for sub contractors are in place
- Take ventilation plant samples
- Report writing post site visits
What's required?
- Chartered Engineer
- Ability to produce accurate reports in a timely manner
- Previous experience working with MoD of NHS
- Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and flexibility to travel (some overnight stays required)
- Able to complete and pass enhanced DBS check
The role is 3 days a week.
