The Role
As a Portfolio Underwriter, you will:
- Manage and develop a profitable portfolio of P&C insurance business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers to drive business growth.
- Utilise your expertise in binders to enhance our underwriting processes and ensure compliance.
- Analyse risk and make informed underwriting decisions to optimise portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative insurance products and solutions.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Portfolio Underwriter in the P&C space.
- Extensive knowledge of working with binders.
- Strong broker connectivity and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
