Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive architecture solutions that align with business objectives and technology strategy, with a particular focus on integrating GenAI capabilities with SAP BTP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, leveraging AI and SAP to enhance decision-making processes.
- Lead the creation of architecture blueprints, detailed documentation, and design models incorporating GenAI technologies in BTP framework.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality and performance standards, including SAP and AI-driven solutions.
- Guide and mentor development teams through the implementation of architectural standards and best practices, particularly in the context of SAP, AI and machine learning.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to governance frameworks, with an emphasis on AI ethics and compliance.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in technology and propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance and reliability, especially in AI and machine learning domains.
- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar senior role in IT architecture design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks and best practices.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern technology stacks.
- Extensive experience with AI and machine learning technologies and their practical applications.
- Extensive experience with SAP and BTP technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with software development methodologies and project management principles.
- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) or cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Extensive experience with GenAI technologies and frameworks (e.g., GPT, BERT, Transformer models).
- Certifications in SAP technologies
- Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy laws, and AI governance frameworks.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
