Financial Analyst - Commercial

Role Purpose:

To enable the successful delivery of a major transformation programme (MBE), by ensuring visibility and effective management of communication and engagement across initiatives, consistent, on-brand messaging, and supporting specific initiatives to effectively plan their change, communication, and engagement activities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create and manage a consolidated view of business change activities across inflight initiatives, ensuring visibility of the critical path activities, and prioritisation of resource needed to support
  • Create and manage a consolidated view of change impacts across inflight initiatives, highlighting impacted teams and surfacing the cumulative impact of initiatives for colleagues so this can be effectively managed by the individual initiatives
  • Create and manage an integrated communication plan, detailing stakeholder group specific and colleague wide communication planned at an MBE level
  • Create communication and engagement collateral to support updates, interventions, and events at an MBE programme-wide and individual initiative level, ensuring consistency of message and alignment to Greencore brand
  • Equip Initiative Owners and project team members to effectively manage change, and support effective planning of change, communication, and engagement activities
  • Work with the wider transformation team to signpost, coach and educate line managers in the many tools and resources available to help them effectively deliver change and manage projects, through Line Manager Framework
  • Identify potential risks, areas requiring escalation or obstacles that may derail change and communication plans, and put in place mitigating actions or escalate as appropriate
  • Ensure the effectiveness of change and communication is evaluated and plans are adapted based on feedback and insights

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in business change management planning and implementation for medium size projects
  • Experience conducting business change impact assessments
  • Experience developing business change management plans aligned to the project lifecycle
  • Experience facilitating small group workshops on a variety of business change management topics
  • Skilled at developing communication and engagement collateral to support a variety of interventions
  • Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Excellent attention to detail and passion for quality
  • Proficient in the use of computer systems such as Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint
  • Proficient in the use of InDesign and video editing software
  • Proficient in the use of tools to build surveys and analyse results
