Sales Account Manager - Insurtech

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to develop and manage key profitable relationships within the insurance industry. Our award-winning technology client is in an exciting expansion phase, having already secured contracts with major insurance clients, and are looking for a proven technology sales professional to join their global team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience selling software solutions to insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies to acquire and retain insurance industry clients
  • Identify and establish relationships with key Insurance decision-makers
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering exceptional results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to better position offerings in the market

Requirements:

  • Solid experience of software sales to the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Strong understanding of the insurance market, including key trends and challenges
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently from a remote base and collaborate with the team
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients as required
