My client is a beautiful 5-star hotel based in Chelsea, with a difference. This luxurious building provides its residents a home from home experience whilst travelling with exemplary attention to detail and individualized personal touches the norm.
They are looking for a Front Office Manager to lead this team, to continue to elevate/develop the hotel's services and try to exceed guests expectations at every level.
You will have extensive experience working in luxury 4 - 5-star hotels and have experience using Opera.2
