Salary: £26,000 per annum. Bonus's given for sleep ins, progression available and 2 x sleep in's are required per week.

- You'll be providing direct care to children within residential homes.

You would need:
- To have worked as a Support worker with children or young adults before.
- The ability to build strong relationships and rapport with children.
- The knack for promoting positive residential experiences.

NVQ3 in children and young people will be imperative - if you haven't got it, you must be prepared to work towards it.
