Exam Invigilator

We are currently seeking a confident and reliable individual to take on the role of an Exam Invigilator at a reputable educational institution in Fulham, within the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of the examination process by supervising students and ensuring a calm exam environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Supervising students during exams to ensure adherence to exam regulations.
- Providing one-to-one support to students within the exam hall as required.
- Assisting with the setup of exam venues, including laying out stationery, equipment, and exam papers.
- Collecting and collating exam materials at the end of the exam period.
- Maintaining a calm and orderly environment to provide an optimal exam setting for all candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Confidence in working one-to-one with students in an exam setting.
- A vigilant and attentive approach to monitoring exam rooms.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to follow strict procedures.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check or possess an updated DBS on the update service.
