Advice Support Administrator - Manchester- £26,000 to £28,000
This is an excellent opportunity if you are a Financial Planning Administrator, or Pensions Administrator (DB/DC/SIPP/SSAS), to join a Financial Advisers, work within their support team, work towards passing industry relevant qualifications and progressing within your career.
Responsibilities
- Process new applications for business both in online and paper format.
- Carry out all compliance administration associated with new business, this includes ensuring forms are completed and chasing information.
- Set up files for new clients, verify ID's and record accurately.
- Request, collate and record information from third parties.
- To update the New Business Register and Intelligent Office.
- Set up new clients on database and send out policy documents.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post daily; scan, logging and distributing to the relevant individual.
- Handle any client correspondence and daily tasks regarding ongoing cases and queries from Financial Advisers ensuring they are kept up to date on their cases.
- Produce Illustrations along with any supporting documents required.
- Compile Letters of Authority, sending out to Insurers.
- Collate policy information and ensure accurate records are maintained.

- Starting salary of £26,000-£28,000
