Reed Further Education are currently looking for Learning Coach's for the new academic year in the Morden area.

Role: Learning Coach

Locations: Morden

Hours: Part-time (3 days per week, must have flexibility between Monday to Friday)

Contract type: Temporary (ongoing)

Pay: £14.83 P/H

What the role entails

As a Learning Coach, your primary responsibility is to provide support to teaching staff and students, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN). You'll work closely with individuals and groups of students, removing barriers to learning and facilitating their cognitive development. Your role involves ensuring physical welfare, adapting materials, and participating in mentoring programs.

What we need from you

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Experience in a previous or similar role
  • GCSE or equivalent maths and English
  • Gain/hold and maintain a clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
