Wild are working alongside a well-known and sought after company, working as an Accounts Assistant- Cashier on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to not only work for a good company, but also gain experience in a role that can offer a chance to develop on your skill set.

As an Accounts Assistant - Cashier, you will be supporting the credit manager cash posting, administrative tasks, bank reconciliations and sales invoicing.

Location:- Milton Keynes

Hours:- 8.45am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

Pay:- £11.50ph - £12.50ph depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Allocate payments, invoices, and bank statements accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage and respond to queries within a shared inbox, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Input invoice information into our database with precision and attention to detail.
  • Occasionally handle phone calls related to financial inquiries.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and dedication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience or strong interest in accounting and financial processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software
  • Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
