Your new company
An established Accountancy firm with multiple offices across the UK. The firm specialises in start-up businesses that are going through a period of rapid growth. They typically work the Tech, Ecommerce and FMCG sectors. The company provides your typical accountancy services but also outsourced FD support. They have won numerous awards.
Your new role
Manage a client portfolio of clients.
Prepare and review statutory and management accounts.
Managing a team of 3 staff with support of a HR team.
Onboarding new clients.
Providing advisory services (this can be trained).
Final point of review for VAT, CT600 (Low Risk), Accounts and Self Assessment (Very few).
Establish strong relationships with clients and provide CFO and business advisory support.
Reporting into CEO.
Provide commercial support to the sales team.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience in a Practice.Commercial-minded Accountant.Able to manage a team.
What you'll get in return
30 days plus Bank Holidays.
Private medical.
Hybrid and Flexible working (2 days in office mandatory).
4 days week considered.
Promotion plan within 18 months.
Progression to Partner available.
Firm prioritises staff progression with quarterly meetings.
