Account Coordinator / Administrator

Our client who ware house an distribute good world wide are looking for a Full-Time Account Coordinator with excellent administration skills to assist the office Sales team in looking after new and existing customers and all the administration that comes with them.

An Account Coordinator will enjoy helping others, always want to go the extra mile to help fellow team members or assist in resolving any customer queries.

Account Coordinators are organised, efficient, and the ability to get the job done with swiftness, accuracy and a great attitude.

Duties include:

  • Importing orders onto sales system, editing and preparing orders for processing
  • Organising deliveries via courier and pallet network
  • Preparing and monitoring back orders and forecasts
  • Liaising with our finance team regarding customers' account status
  • Speaking to our Customers to take orders and answer any queries they may have
  • Arranging stock returns

  • You think on your feet. You like learning new things and you can learn quickly
  • You are resilient - when things change, you know how to adapt
  • You communicate clearly and promptly. You write well. You speak eloquently
  • You are a people person with a love for data entry and organisation!
  • You are an all-rounder. You are a real team player and will pick up any odd jobs that need doing
  • Previous experience in any supporting or customer service role is a great asset– we value attitude, work ethic and dependability.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9-5PM

Pay

£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
