Year 2 Teacher

Step Teachers are working with a Primary School in the Wisbech area to recruit a Full-Time Year 2 Teacher to start after the May half-term, and running until the end of the academic year.

This is a "Good" Ofsted-rated school where pupils find pleasure in attending school, fostering a genuine concern for one another, and receiving excellent care from the dedicated staff. Parents perceive the school as a significant positive influence on their children's lives. Both students and staff take pride in being members of 'Team Ace'.

Year 2 Teacher Role:

  • As a Year 2 Teacher, you would need a strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
  • Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed?
  • Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable?
  • Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons?
  • Willingness to comply with the schools' policies and implement, them effectively??

Requirements:?

  • Hold QTS or the equivalent of?
  • Have recent mainstream school-based experience ?as a Year 2 Teacher
