We are seeking a full-time permanent Supervising Social Worker in the North West with existing foster cares in Liverpool, across to Burnley, and up to Barrow.
The successful Supervising Social Worker will inherit a caseload of 6 carers /10 children in placement, this may increase marginally but our client will fairly balance the caseload volume with the requirement to travel.
We accept that the carers within this caseload spans a broad area, so a willingness to travel is essential.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements of residential family centres, who will ensure the day to day running of the service provides the environment for assessment to take place and that babies and children are protected during their stay at the centre.
As a Redidential Manager, it will be your job to lead and manage the residential family centre in accordance with its ethos, ensuring robust, fair, and evidence-based assessment and support are provided as defined in the centre's statement of purpose.
