Position: Yard Labourer Location: Aintree/Liverpool Type: Temp-Perm Ongoing Position Summary: As a Yard Labourer, you will be a vital part of our client's operations, ensuring that the yard is well-maintained and materials are prepared efficiently for fast-paced fencing projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, enjoys working outdoors, and is dedicated to supporting a successful team. Key Responsibilities: Quickly and efficiently load and unload materials from delivery trucks Keep the yard organized and clean, ensuring a safe working environment Prepare and stage materials for multiple projects with tight deadlines Assist with the assembly and preparation of fencing panels and other products Perform routine maintenance on yard equipment and tools Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures at all times Provide support to installation teams to ensure timely project completion Qualifications: Experience in a yard labourer or similar role in a fast-paced environment preferred Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in fencing or construction Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team Pay rate £11.44 Monday - Friday 7 am - 3 pm Immediate start

We provide a fulfilling and enjoyable work environment with ample opportunities for career growth, along with a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance, and 33 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) Hours - 7.00 - 4.30 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8-12 Key Responsibilities Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects Get to know our product lines so you can offer help and advice Ensure your team are set up for the day, including delivery drivers with route planning Help to process and prepare customer orders - load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a forklift truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided!) Work as a direct support the management team and act as a keyholder when needed Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products Maintain stock levels in both the warehouse and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts Keep the branch looking clean and tidy and make Health & Safety a priority Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement What's in it for you?
