Technical Author You will be responsible for creating and maintaining high quality software documentation for multiple products. You will be experienced in producing a variety of documents including API specifications and swagger documents, user manuals & release notes. As an experienced Technical Author, you will excel at writing clear, simple documentation in a style suited to the intended audience. You will be experienced at working in an agile environment, working with project teams to ensure software documentation activities align with sprint and release schedules, and using JIRA to monitor progress.
