The Customer Service Advisor is a key role within the business, acting as first point of contact for our customers, covering a range of queries from paying rent to reporting repairs, dealing with sensitive issues, treating each customer with respect and consideration.

Based in Coalville, the role would be focusing on purchasing and negotiating for key materials, maintaining key relationships with suppliers in order to reduce cost and deliver optimal quality and plan & expedite the required materials to ensure availability for production.
