The Workshop Manager will be responsible for the day to day repair and maintenance of the workshop, machinery and turbochargers that are received in our Southampton Facility.
Key Responsibilities
Taking control of the workshop loading, utilization, efficiency, productivity and work quality.
Organise and co-ordinate internally the workshop overhauls/repairs ensuring that components are received, evaluated, and repaired according to maker instructions Working with assembly manager and service departments to plan in accordingly.
As a Workshop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's workshop.
This role requires someone who can lead from the front, maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service but also have a strong mechanical background.
