The Night Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the development and acts as the primary point of contact for any issues or incidents involving customers, staff, or visitors.
You will utilise available resources - such as staff and contractors internal It systems - to ensure top-tier service, in line with management contracts, leases, and service standards.

Key responsibilities

To control the flow of information on each project to ensure the owner, construction manager, architect, subcontractors and the company personnel understand the quality and schedule requirements of the project.
The purpose of this position is to plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the project life cycle from planning stage through transition to post project support with focus on working within predetermined estimates and time lines.
