As the Works Planner you will be responsible for overseeing and scheduling the trades workload.

Our client, a leading Facilities Management organisation, are actively seeking a Project Manager to oversee Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) installations at a site located in Burnley.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the short term project, including planning, execution, resource management, and customer interface.
Key Accountabilities
Plan, execute, and oversee M&E installations including energy centres, air source heat pumps, plant room modifications, pipe work, electrical changes, PV solar, and battery storage.
The Construction and estates project manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects and associated Estates projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction principles, project management methodologies, and excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
This is a Fixed-Term, Part Time contract for 20 months, for 30 hours per week.
