Youth Support Worker
Day to Day Duties
Provide support to vulnerable young people and adults who cannot remain within their family home and/or are looking to develop their independence, via semi-independent homes and bespoke outreach services.
The clients will have bespoke packages of care and support, you will be working from clear and robust pathway plans that will evidence the progress you are enabling.

Working 37.5 hours a week, you will provide support to people who may be living with severe Learning Disabilities, Autism and behaviours that challenge.
