This Housing Support Worker role is based in a young families housing service, providing temporary accommodation for young families Customers aged 16 - 25 who have children.
Vehicle provided Shift work (12 Hours) over a 7 day week to include days and nights 12 month work is available to all successful candidates
Some weekend and Bank holiday working required Additional overtime and Unsociable Hours payable First Aid Certificate required but not essential as training will be given common sense approach to minor technical faults back ground in care may be an advantage working with elderly, vulnerable and disability essential

Our client, Swindon Borough Council is looking for 2 Experienced Social Workers to join their Urgent Response Team and Discharge Hub Team, who support onward discharge planning from the acute hospital or a discharge to assess bed.
Both are busy and fast paced teams and would require a dynamic worker with experience supporting hospital discharge discharge and admission avoidance.
The team are based in the office 2 days a week, but expected to complete urgent visits at short notice.
