We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team, focusing on providing support to vulnerable children and young people during crisis situations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of trauma and its effects on behavior, along with a commitment to creating safe and nurturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support, including activities, appointments, and family contact, in line with individual care plans.
As well as providing housing, these services also support independent living, benefits support, access to services in the community & providing key worker sessions in line with individual support plans.
Hays supports housing providers throughout Coventry that offer supported housing to those who would otherwise be deemed homeless.

The Integrated Front Door comprises of a Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub, an Early Help Assessment Team, Targeted family support teams, an edge of care team, 3 x family hubs and 5 x assessment teams.
Full Time Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 HYBRID (Cover for one Saturday a month if required)
Role Purpose
You will be responsible for the assessment of young people and subsequently the developing, planning and delivery of individual programmes to prevent young people from becoming involved in crime and for those who have already offended, implementing these programmes with other youth offending team workers.
In conjunction with other agencies the post holder will assist in the planning, development and delivery of services for young people who have offended or are at risk of offending.
To provide support to the office team to ensure professional and timely delivery of all business meetings and support activities, with a specific focus on the smooth running of the Office
