The role
To work within an integrated framework to support vulnerable children, young people and families to improve their social, physical and emotional well-being, and to take responsibility for direct and therapeutic interventions, including work with those who may be resistant to engage.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team, focusing on providing support to vulnerable children and young people during crisis situations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of trauma and its effects on behavior, along with a commitment to creating safe and nurturing environments.
