The role
To work within an integrated framework to support vulnerable children, young people and families to improve their social, physical and emotional well-being, and to take responsibility for direct and therapeutic interventions, including work with those who may be resistant to engage.
Total Care Matters is an established residential children's home provider with nine regional homes, looking after children and young people between the age of eight and seventeen.
