Previous experience in a similar role within housing, housing association, social care, supported living sectors or with some experience of tenancy schemes would be preferred.
Housing Officerwith experience of problem solving for customers, an understanding nature, good IT skills using Outlook, Word and Excel and excellent communication skills, is required to join a well-established housing association.

Purpose of Role
