Our client is expanding their People team and created a new role for a Colleague Experience Partner who can nurture colleagues to ultimately making their employment with our client the best it can be.
The role will require you to partake in activities with the young person and help to manage their money, ensuring receipts are kept for each transaction.
You will need to be able to identify and report any safeguarding issues to help assist the young person's development and keep them on track.
For this role, you will need to have good attention to detail, writing detailed notes about the young service users' emotions, interactions with colleagues/family members, conversations in person and on the phone, food diaries and the daily routines.
